Account Registration

To register at okjj, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email are used for verification. Providing false or incorrect information may result in your account being closed at any time.

• Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or lending your account to others is strictly prohibited.
• Before your first large withdrawal, okjj may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may need to submit a copy of your NID or passport.

When requesting a withdrawal, always use the mobile number registered to your account. Funds sent to the wrong number are difficult and time-consuming to recover. okjj charges no deposit fees — however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests made after midnight may be processed the following morning. VIP members' withdrawals are generally given priority. If any withdrawal has been pending for more than 4 hours, contact live chat with your transaction reference number.

Betting Rules

• Incorrect Odds: If clearly incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, okjj reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Parlay Bet: If one selection in a parlay or accumulator is voided, it is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Live Betting: In-play bets may occasionally not be accepted due to connection drops or delays. In such cases, no amount will be deducted.

Okjj takes a strict stance against fraudulent betting, artificial match manipulation, and coordinated betting patterns. If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended and any associated balance forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit. A specific promo code may be required at the time of deposit to claim this bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. Example: a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
